The beautiful female South Korean cueist Kwon Bomi continues to show impressive performance against male opponents at the HBSF Tour 1 MIN Table Cup 2026 billiards tournament on June 4.

In the men’s pool event of this year’s HBSF Tour 1, three female South Korean cueists are making waves. Names like Kwon Bomi, Kim Bogeon, and Song Nakyung have continuously defeated Vietnamese male players, thereby securing spots in the round of 64.

On June 4, they faced opponents of much higher caliber than before. However, the South Korean girls still delivered impressive matches. The most notable was Kwon Bomi, who successively defeated Tran Van Chieu and Nguyen Hoang Duy both in thrilling penalty shootouts. Thanks to this, she continues her journey in the men’s 9-ball pool event with a place in the round of 16.

As for Song Nakyung, she secured an impressive victory over Nguyen Uy Lan in the round of 64, but unfortunately lost to Vu Van Minh and stopped in the round of 32. Similarly, Kim Bogeon overcame Do Thanh My in the round of 64 before stopping in the next round against Nguyen Khanh Hoang.

Nevertheless, the fact that there is still one female player competing in the men’s pool event continues to add appeal to the BHSF Tour 1 2026 billiards tournament.

Also on June 4, the tournament held the second round of the men’s 3-cushion carom event, the most anticipated category. Here, the recent runner-up at the Ho Chi Minh City World Cup, Chiem Hong Thai, experienced a heart-stopping moment. In his first match in Group D, he dominated Pham Van Chung with a score of 35-17. However, Chiem Hong Thai unexpectedly slipped against Nguyen Tu Sieu with a score of 32-35 in the second match.

Fortunately, thanks to his high scoring efficiency (1.396 points per inning), he still secured the top spot and advanced.

On June 5, the 3-cushion carom event will become even more exciting with the appearance of top stars such as Tran Quyet Chien, Bao Phuong Vinh, Tran Thanh Luc, Nguyen Tran Thanh Tu, and others.
