Woqod Company announced that it is currently working on adding additional preventive measures during this month to improve the work environment during the summer period, aiming to reduce the risks of heat stress for workers at stations.

Woqod clarified in a statement on the X platform that, in reference to what has been circulated on social media platforms, the company is keen on the health and safety of the staff working at its stations. In this regard, several procedures have been adopted and implemented to prevent high temperatures during the summer period.

It mentioned that it commits throughout all seasons, especially the summer period, to applying the highest safety and security standards and proper practices adopted in operating its stations, in line with the best systems and controls in force in the petroleum products distribution sector.
