The parties established a framework for cooperation, promoting technical exchange and in-depth collaboration in the livestock industry through localized pilot projects.
During this exchange, the academy showcased comprehensive technical solutions across the entire industrial chain for pigs, beef cattle, and poultry. It also aims to learn from Colombia’s experience in animal traceability, pasture management, and international market access, forming a replicable international cooperation model combining research institutions and industry associations. The next step is to accelerate the promotion of high-quality livestock technology and products from Chongqing into the Latin American market, supporting green and sustainable development for both sides.
Colombia can learn from Chongqing’s remarkable achievements in livestock modernization and rural technological innovation, exploring further technical exchanges and cooperation opportunities to enhance institutional and industrial capabilities. Future efforts will focus on promoting specific projects in research collaboration, technology transfer, talent training, and industrial development.
