BBMP Officials interface:
— Geo-tagged requests are automatically mapped to the ward official
— The concerned official gets notified with location and details upon request submission
— All officers in the department can view the complaint dashboard and take necessary action
— Upon resolving the problem, the official updates with remarks and a photo (where applicable)
— Monitor all requests and drive actions
— An officer can transfer a request to another ward or department
