This project serves as the first benchmark demonstration project of the Sunshine Procurement Platform’s self-operated model in the procurement field of central state-owned cultural units and central enterprises, laying a solid foundation for the platform to serve the central unit procurement market.
According to reports, the Beijing Equity Exchange focuses on the core needs of central enterprises and their directly affiliated units for compliant procurement, cost reduction through aggregation, security and control, and professional operation and maintenance. Leveraging the state-owned asset credibility, digital architecture, and full-process risk control advantages of the Sunshine Procurement Platform, it has built a professional service system featuring platform coordination, self-operated management, direct sourcing from suppliers, and end-to-end services, precisely supporting the centralized procurement of materials and digital office construction for central enterprises.
As the project’s executing entity, the Beijing Software Exchange has integrated upstream supply chains and established strategic cooperation with mainstream manufacturers like Lenovo and first-tier authorized channels, implementing direct factory sourcing and genuine product traceability to ensure quality and price advantages. At the same time, it has established a professional performance service system, providing one-stop closed-loop services to meet high-standard execution and emergency support needs.
