New Delhi: The BJP has announced new presidents for Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, and Tripura. Harsh Malhotra has been appointed as the president of the Delhi unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Additionally, Dr. Archana Gupta has been appointed as the president of the Haryana unit. In Punjab, Kewal Singh Dhillon has been given a new responsibility. Meanwhile, in Tripura, Abhishek Debroy has been appointed as the new president.

- Harsh Malhotra has been made the new Delhi BJP president, replacing Virendra Sachdeva.
- He won a big victory from the East Delhi constituency as the Bharatiya Janata Party candidate in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
- He has been a Minister of State in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways since June 2024.
- He also served as the Mayor of the East Delhi Municipal Corporation from 2015 to 2016.
- As a councilor, he ran a successful campaign against malnutrition in government schools.

- Before this responsibility, she was serving as the State General Secretary of Haryana BJP.

- 75-year-old Kewal Singh Dhillon was considered very close to former Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh.
