The second domestically built large cruise ship, “Ada·Huacheng”, completed its 12-day sea trial today and docked. During the sea trial, technical staff completed acceptance checks on core challenging items including the main propulsion system, ship maneuverability, endurance speed, full-ship vibration and noise, unmanned engine room operation, and rescue boat release. All 45 commissioning procedures and 149 test verifications covered in the sea trial were completed, comprehensively and with high standards verifying the ship’s maneuverability, automation level, safety and comfort, and emission indicators.
After the sea trial, the second domestically built large cruise ship will progressively advance regional and system completion, and submit project acceptance to the shipowner. It is planned to be delivered for operation in November this year. After delivery, it will start its maiden voyage season from the Guangzhou Nansha International Cruise Homeport.
