Persib Bandung has once again made history in Indonesian football. The club, nicknamed Pangeran Biru, became the first team to win three consecutive titles since the Indonesian League era began.

Behind this historic achievement, there is a figure who successfully led Persib Bandung to dominate the competition over the last three seasons. However, starting next season, his position as head coach will be taken over by his assistant.

The Croatian coach shared his testimony after a long journey with Persib Bandung. He believes that Persib Bandung’s success is due to the collective effort of all club elements.

“I was lucky when I first arrived here, I found a very good group of people within the club. Suddenly everyone started working together, and that’s how we won the first and second trophies,” said Bojan Hodak.

Nevertheless, Bojan Hodak admitted that his third season with Persib Bandung was the most challenging. The team had to undergo a major overhaul, replacing 23 out of 31 squad members.

According to Bojan Hodak, this situation made it difficult for Persib Bandung to maintain their dominance, especially as many rival clubs began making significant investments.

“This last year was really tough for us. Achieving something like this again amidst the heavy investments from competitors like Borneo FC and Persija Jakarta is fantastic,” said Bojan Hodak.

Bojan Hodak also praised Persib Bandung’s supporters, who he said showed maturity during the final match of the season. He highlighted the stadium atmosphere, which remained conducive without fireworks or pitch invasions.

According to Bojan Hodak, the incredible support from the fans is one reason Persib Bandung deserves to be called a big club in Southeast Asia.

“This club is bigger than any coach or any player. There will always be new players and coaches, but the club will continue to run well,” said Bojan Hodak.

Although no longer the head coach, Bojan Hodak confirmed he will remain close to Persib Bandung through his new role as technical advisor. He said he needs a break for personal reasons but is ready to help the management whenever needed.

“I still need a little rest for personal reasons. But I will stay around here and be ready to provide advice or input whenever the management needs something,” said Bojan Hodak.

The animal sacrifice event was held as a form of social care and to strengthen ties between legal practitioners and the community. The collaboration between IKADIN Bandung and the West Java Special Legal Team has entered its second year.

The chairman of IKADIN Bandung, Jutek Bongso, said that the sacrificial event has become an annual routine that is maintained.

“This has become a yearly routine for IKADIN Bandung. The collaboration with the West Java Special Legal Team started last year, and this year the number of sacrificial animals remains the same, which is five cows,” said Jutek, Thursday (28/5/2026).

According to him, the sacrificial animals came from various parties who supported the social activity. These include contributions from West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi, Bank BJB, and several regional-owned enterprises such as Jaswita and Jamkrida.

Meanwhile, two goats came from members of the West Java Special Legal Team and the IKADIN Bandung branch.

Jutek explained that the distribution of meat is prioritized for orphans in several orphanages and residents around the secretariat of the West Java
