Before his “surreal” success as a singer-songwriter, Zack Tabudlo got his start as a contestant on a talent show back in 2014 but was eliminated early. Now, he is the newest judge in the upcoming edition of “The Voice Kids PH.”

In a group interview, Zack said this is “definitely” a full circle moment for him.

“Until now, I can’t believe I’m in this studio doing photoshoots with Ben&Ben, Julie, and Kuya Billy Crawford,” Zack shared.

“It’s crazy. It’s an incredible feeling. I think this is one of those moments where I just feel so blessed,” he added.

“This is such a dream of mine that I never expected to come true, but here it is. It also gives these kids courage to pursue their dreams.”

As someone who has been in their shoes before, Zack shared that he wants to remind the kids that it’s not the end of the world, no matter what happens.

“One big thing for kids or contestants who get eliminated is that they might think, ‘My dreams are over,'” he said. “When I was their age, I honestly felt the same way. That’s why, in a way, being a coach is an advantage because I understand what they’re going through.”

According to Zack, becoming a mentor and coach now is “proof that when you truly dream and love what you do, nothing can stop you from pursuing your passion.”

He added, “And it’s all up to you—you have to push yourself.”

Zack, along with twins Paolo and Miguel Benjamin Guico, will join the upcoming season of “The Voice Kids PH” as first-time coaches. Other returning coaches will also be part of the show.

Production for the next season is underway and will air on GMA Network soon.

Zack signed with US-based record label Mercury Records in May. His latest single, “Manloloko,” was released in April. He is best known for his hit songs “Pano” and another popular track.
