SMM and SMM PTN Barat Pathways
Meanwhile, a university official reminded unsuccessful participants not to be discouraged, as two other admission pathways are still available.

“There are still opportunities to enter USU through the SMM PTN Barat pathway and the USU Independent Student Selection 2026,” they said.

The Independent Selection for State Universities in Western Indonesia (SMM PTN Barat) program opens from May 4 to June 11, 2026. Complete information can be accessed via SMM PTN Barat.

The USU Independent Student Selection pathway has been open since May 2 until June 10, 2026, through the USU Integrated Admissions website.

USU also reminds all prospective students who have been declared accepted for SNBT 2026 to immediately complete registration and fill in the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) data online via USU Registration from May 25 to June 2, 2026.
