Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki bin Faisal, Minister of Sports and President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, met with the Saudi national football team delegation in the capital Riyadh, ahead of their departure to the United States to participate in the 2026 World Cup.

During the meeting, he conveyed the greetings of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to all members of the delegation, expressing his wishes for the Saudi national team’s success in the global tournament.

In his address to the players, the Minister of Sports emphasized that the team’s participation in this global sporting event represents a continuation of Saudi sports’ presence on major international stages, urging the players to give their best abilities and fighting spirit to achieve success at the highest levels.
