Dr. Sulaiman Abdul Qadir Fakeeh Hospital and its subsidiaries, collectively known as « Fakeeh Care Group » (hereinafter referred to as « the Company » or « the Group »), a leading provider of integrated healthcare and academic services listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul TASI) under symbol 4017 (ISIN: SA562GSHUOH7), announced its financial results for the second quarter ending June 30, 2025.

The second quarter of 2025 saw growth driven by an increase in patient numbers and improved case mix, with activity returning to normal levels after the holy month of Ramadan.

The total number of patients served during the quarter exceeded 465,000, marking a year-on-year growth of +16%, bringing the total number of patients for the first half of the year to approximately 900,000, an increase of +8% year-on-year.

Outpatient clinic visits and inpatient admissions grew by 15% and 16% respectively during the quarter, contributing to an 18% increase in their combined revenues.

Improved case mix and pricing strategies also supported higher average revenue per outpatient visit and per inpatient case, adding approximately 3% to consolidated revenues since the beginning of the year. This was driven by strong and sustained growth in the Group’s facilities in Jeddah, which continued to deliver double-digit growth, alongside accelerated operations in Riyadh and the commencement of operations in Madinah.

Financially, second-quarter revenues reached approximately 812 million Saudi riyals, a year-on-year increase of +24%, while net profit after Zakat amounted to 68 million Saudi riyals, a robust year-on-year growth of +59%.

For the first half of the year, total revenues reached 1.51 billion Saudi riyals, an increase of +13% year-on-year.

The Group’s operational highlights included:

In Riyadh, operational beds increased to 102 (compared to 71 a year earlier), supporting approximately 30% growth in outpatient visits and inpatient admissions, alongside a significant rise in surgical procedures as higher-complexity services expanded.

In Madinah, the Group began receiving its first patients with the operation of 48 out of 200 beds.

In Jeddah, the flagship network remained the primary revenue driver, maintaining double-digit volume growth and strong momentum across all service lines.

The Group also laid the foundation for the Fakeeh Medical Center
