Neglasari District Wins Third Place for Best Archive Management in Tangerang City 2026

TANGERANG – Neglasari District has once again achieved recognition in the administrative governance assessment within the Tangerang City Government. Under the leadership of District Head Iwan Mulyawan and District Secretary Chaeruddin, Neglasari secured 3rd place in the Best Archive Management award for 2026.
The award certificate was based on the results of the Internal Archival System Audit with a BB rating, meaning very good. The award was directly presented by the Mayor of Tangerang, H Sachrudin, on Monday (04/05), serving as clear evidence of Neglasari District’s commitment to achieving administrative order and data transparency.
District Head of Neglasari, Iwan Mulyawan, stated that this achievement is the result of the hard work of all district staff members who continuously improve in managing state documents. According to him, archives are not just piles of paper but are important assets for public services.
“Alhamdulillah, this year we made it into the top three (3rd place) with a very good rating. This motivates us to keep improving the quality of service. I greatly appreciate the team’s performance, especially the role of the District Secretary who oversees technical aspects in the field,” said Iwan Mulyawan.
Echoing the District Head, Neglasari District Secretary Chaeruddin, who has been guiding the district’s dynamics since his previous term, added that digital archive innovation was key to this year’s success.
“This process was not instant. We continuously ensure every document flow is properly recorded according to the standards set by the Tangerang City Government. This third place is a starting point to become even better in the future,” emphasized Chaeruddin.
This achievement is expected to become a new standard for sub-districts under Neglasari District to implement similar archive management practices for easier public data access.
