Negros Oriental business group plans new free Wi-Fi project with Starlink and DICT

PARTNERSHIP. Edward Du, president of the Negros Oriental Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NOCCI), reiterates their commitment to support the programs and projects of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) during a Bayanihan Roadshow on Wednesday (June 18, 2025). Du said the chamber is looking at a free Wi-Fi project that will benefit MSMEs and schools in far-flung areas.
