FreeRen has arrived at Abeno Harukas! Until July 22, the event “Harukas 300 × Frieren: Journey to the Sky—Let’s Go on an Adventure About 300 Meters Above Ground” is underway!
From Tuesday, April 28, 2026 to Wednesday, July 22, 2026, an event titled “Harukas 300 × Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End – High-Rise Frieren: Shall We Go on an Adventure About 300 Meters Above Ground?” is being held at the Harukas 300 observatory in Abeno Harukas, and we had the chance to visit!
“Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End” is a popular anime about the long-lived elf mage Frieren, depicting the world after the hero’s party defeated the Demon King. It features a quiet, calm atmosphere with heartfelt themes.
During the event, character decorations are displayed throughout the venue.Frieren and the others welcome visitors, creating a space that evokes the atmosphere of the series.Additionally, as a nighttime-only projection mapping, characters and famous scenes from the series are projected onto the floor and glass surfaces at night.On this glass surface, the backs of Frieren and the others looking up at the night sky are displayed.On this glass surface, famous scenes from the series are displayed.On this floor, Frieren’s image is projected.
On this floor, the scene where Frieren gets eaten by a mimic is displayed, and you can almost hear the famous line, “It’s dark! Scary!”
