Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus of Al-Nassr will decide the fate of his compatriot Otavio Mineiro today during the team’s training camp in Portugal.
Jesus surprised everyone by including Otavio in the Portugal camp after initially excluding him from the squad at the start of the training period in Austria.
Sources indicate that Jesus will determine within the coming hours whether he needs Otavio in Al-Nassr’s lineup.
Both Otavio and Laporte joined Al-Nassr’s training camp yesterday by decision of the Portuguese coach.
Jesus, the former technical director of Al-Hilal, took over as Al-Nassr’s coach following Italian manager Pioli.
Al-Nassr is preparing to face Al-Ittihad later this August in the Saudi Super Cup semi-final in Hong Kong.
