According to forecasts from water resources and meteorological departments, from 20:00 on August 4 to 20:00 on August 5, 18 counties (cities, districts) including Yucheng, Lushan, Yingjing, Tianquan, Baoxing in Ya’an City; Miyi, Yanbian in Panzhihua City; Shifang, Mianzhu in Deyang City; Pingwu, Beichuan in Mianyang City; Hongya in Meishan City; Huili in Liangshan Prefecture; Dujiangyan, Pengzhou in Chengdu City; and Wenchuan, Maoxian, Songpan in Aba Prefecture may experience mountain flood disasters (blue warning).
Relevant cultural and tourism departments, enterprises, and institutions in the affected cities (prefectures) and counties (cities, districts) are required to ensure personnel are on duty, strengthen monitoring, pay close attention to weather forecasts and flood/geological disaster warnings, promptly issue risk alerts, enhance inspections in potentially affected areas, and implement preventive measures to prepare for emergency response. In case of emergencies, strict adherence to the “three avoidances” and “three emergency evacuations” policies must be enforced to ensure safety.
