ASUS held an announcement event in Japan for the ROG Rapture GT-BE19000AI, a router equipped with an AI core.
It was announced in December 2025 and was scheduled for release in Japan around spring 2026, but the actual device has finally been unveiled!

The ROG Rapture GT-BE19000AI is a Wi-Fi 7 router equipped with an AI core.
By running the high-speed communication system and the built-in AI processor system separately, AI functions can be used without sacrificing communication resources.

There are eight of the familiar antennas with independent amplifiers.
The design screams ROG and gaming router, but it is full of benefits such as reduced signal loss and improved heat dissipation compared to internal antennas.
The antennas are adjustable by 180 degrees in the XZ direction and 45 degrees in the YZ direction. Hiraiwa praised the performance, noting, “The speed didn’t even drop in the bathroom where the signal usually gets weak.”
