Deputy Mayor Initiates Groundbreaking for Bella Casa Special Muslim Cemetery Park
Monday (02/12/2024) – The Deputy Mayor of Depok Imam Budi Hartono attended and gave a speech at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Bella Casa Special Muslim Cemetery in the Annur Islamic Centre Mosque Park area, Bella Casa, Tirta Jaya Village, Sukmajaya District, on Sunday (24/11/24).
This activity took place after he completed his leave for the Depok 2024 election campaign.
This morning, Imam Budi Hartono, affectionately known as Bang Imam, resumed his duties, focusing on the community’s needs.
Bang Imam emphasized the importance of providing appropriate burial facilities for the residents, especially the Muslim community in Bella Casa.
In response to the community’s aspirations, he stated that a 3,000 square meter public facility area could be considered for a cemetery site.
Therefore, he mentioned, the Depok City Government is committed to promptly process the legalization through the asset division so that the land can officially be used as a cemetery.
He also invited the local community to continue praying for the realization of this plan.
