The Medina Region Municipality has launched a unique investment opportunity to establish, operate, and maintain an integrated vehicle services city, as part of its efforts to enhance operational efficiency and improve service quality, contributing to a better user experience and supporting one of the region’s vital sectors. The city is located at the intersection of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Road and Prince of the Believers Ali bin Abi Talib Road, covering an area exceeding two million square meters, with a contract duration of up to 50 years, in an operational model that combines commercial, service, and logistics activities within an organized and investment-friendly environment. Through this opportunity, the municipality aims to create a modern, integrated destination that meets the needs of the vehicle and support services sector, achieving sustainable added value by providing a comprehensive system that includes vehicle showrooms and sales, integrated maintenance services, auctions and display areas, as well as testing and racing facilities, operational logistics services, and supporting facilities including training and digital solutions, in addition to service and hospitality amenities. It clarified that the contracting mechanism is based on an annual rental system with revenue sharing, with a periodic increase of 5% every five years. The total project area is 2,002,268 square meters, with a specified period for preparation and construction according to set ratios, inviting investors to review the opportunity details and apply through the “Foras” platform.
