The award ceremony for the competition (launched from May 24 to June 30) will take place at 9 AM on August 8 at Nguyen Van Binh Book Street, Ho Chi Minh City.

The competition was organized to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the newspaper, inviting readers and those who have cherished memories associated with it to share their unforgettable stories.

Prize structure includes: 1 first prize of 20 million VND along with a certificate and books; 1 second prize of 10 million VND with a certificate and books; 1 third prize of 5 million VND with a certificate and books. There are also 10 consolation prizes of 2 million VND each, along with certificates and books.

Additionally, 10 reader’s choice awards will each receive 1 million VND, a certificate, and books.

Votes are calculated based on interactions with the articles: 1 star = 15 points, 1 heart = 3 points, 1 like = 2 points.

Selected entries will be compiled into a commemorative book (not for sale) to mark the 50th anniversary, officially released on August 8.
