His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Riyadh Region, sponsors the graduation ceremony of King Saud University students for the class of 2026 (academic year 1447 AH), which will be held, God willing, on the evening of Monday, 17 Dhu al-Qi’dah 1447 AH, corresponding to May 4, 2026, at King Saud University Stadium “Al-Awal Park.”
The Acting President of the University, Dr. Ali bin Mohammed Masmali, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Governor of the Riyadh Region for his generous sponsorship and honor of the ceremony, affirming that this sponsorship reflects the continuous support and attention of the wise leadership to the higher education process and its national outcomes.
He explained that the graduation of this cohort embodies the harvest of an integrated academic and research system that has contributed to qualifying national competencies capable of effectively contributing to development paths and supporting national directions.
The total number of graduates for the year 2026 exceeds 7,513 graduates with various academic degrees.
This celebration embodies the university’s role in preparing and empowering national competencies, and consolidating its mission of building a qualified generation that contributes to the development and prosperity of the nation, under the support and empowerment enjoyed by the education sector, reflecting the university’s pride in the achievements of its graduates.
