In his remarks, Thắng affirmed that the capital city will focus on building an action-oriented, disciplined and efficient administration, while strengthening decentralisation and accountability, improving institutions, mobilising resources effectively, and promoting science, technology and innovation to enhance growth quality.

The goal is to establish Khánh Hòa as a national hub for renewable energy, with particular emphasis on implementing two landmark projects: the Ninh Thuận 1 and 2 nuclear power plants.

“We have grounds to expect that Vietnam’s youth will continue to write new chapters of the nation’s glorious history in the language of today: the language of knowledge, creativity, responsibility, and the relentless aspiration to rise and excel,” wrote Party leader Tô Lâm.

Party General Secretary Tô Lâm stressed that strategic technologies must directly serve the goals of raising productivity and economic competitiveness, forming new industries, and securing technological autonomy in key sectors.

The move is aimed at firmly maintaining macroeconomic stability, keeping inflation under control, safeguarding major economic balances and driving growth above 10 per cent in the period ahead.

PM Phạm Minh Chính called for greater attention to grassroots cultural, sports and tourism development, alongside digital and green transformation in tourism, while fostering internal unity, creativity and a people-centred approach and creating favourable conditions for tourism enterprises to innovate and grow.
