The house at the river terminal, which was a long-term construction project, has been causing unrest among the residents: their territory is being used as a parking lot by anyone who wishes to do so, including those blocking the driveways. Consequently, fearing that even emergency services would not be able to access the building if necessary, the people decided to fence the area, but faced an unexpected problem.
“The owners want to fence their plot, but due to the upcoming reconstruction of the embankment, there is no understanding of how to do this. The authorities do not approve any fences on the embankment! But on weekdays, and especially on weekends, it is impossible to drive to the house, not to mention the passage of ambulances or emergency services,” noted a resident of the house.
