A time deposit that adds interest based on the number of home runs hit by Dragons players has begun accepting applications.

Launched on the opening day of professional baseball, this is the “Dragons Home Run Time Deposit” from Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank.

This season, it will add 0.01 percent of the total home runs hit by the top Dragons home run hitter to the interest rate.

For example, if a player hits 40 home runs, an additional 0.4 percent will be added.

At Vantelin Dome Nagoya, a “Home Run Wing” has been introduced this season, raising expectations for many home runs.

Applications for this Home Run Time Deposit are being accepted until April 24th.

Vantelin Dome Nagoya

The Vantelin Dome Nagoya, commonly known as the Nagoya Dome, is a multi-purpose stadium opened in 1997 and is the home field of the professional baseball team, the Chunichi Dragons. Its distinctive name comes from a long-term sponsorship agreement with the Vantelin brand, a Japanese pharmaceutical company. The dome is a modern sports and event venue with a retractable roof, built to replace the aging Nagoya Stadium.
