Caprice Cayetano just met the first-ever Big Winner of “Pinoy Big Brother,” Nene Tamayo!

Caprice shared photos from her visit to the iconic house ahead of its move to a new location.

During her visit, she and Nene got to meet and pose for photos.

“10/2025 – 02/2026,” Caprice simply wrote in the caption, referring to the time she was in Bahay ni Kuya.

In a separate Instagram post, Nene also shared photos from her “PBB” visit, which featured an adorable photo of her hugging Caprice.

“20 years and a 20-second embrace,” Nene wrote.

“Thank you very much, PBB, for all the memories. You changed my life, and I’m forever grateful,” she added.

Nene was named the Big Winner of the first season of “Pinoy Big Brother,” which aired in 2005.

Meanwhile, Caprice was hailed as a Big Winner alongside Kapamilya star Lella Ford.

Caprice is set to star in a new project following her PBB stint.

Pinoy Big Brother

“Pinoy Big Brother” is a popular Philippine reality television franchise, adapted from the international “Big Brother” format, which began airing in 2005. The show places contestants, called “housemates,” in a custom-built house under constant camera surveillance, with the public voting to eliminate participants until a winner is declared. It has become a significant part of contemporary Filipino pop culture, launching the careers of numerous celebrities and generating widespread public discussion.

Bahay ni Kuya

“Bahay ni Kuya” is a modern Filipino term literally meaning “Big Brother’s House,” which does not refer to a specific historical or cultural landmark. It is commonly used to describe a local community center, a safe house for outreach programs, or a popular reality TV show set in the Philippines. Therefore, it lacks a singular historical narrative, but represents contemporary Filipino social concepts of community support and entertainment.

Instagram

Instagram is a free social media platform and mobile application launched in 2010, designed for sharing photos and short videos. Its core feature has always been visual storytelling, initially with square-format images and distinctive filters, which rapidly made it a dominant force in digital culture and influencer marketing. After being acquired by Facebook (now Meta) in 2012, it expanded to include features like Stories, Reels, and direct messaging, evolving from a simple photo-sharing app into a major global hub for communication, commerce, and trends.

PBB

“PBB” most commonly refers to the **Palace of the Parliament (Palatul Parlamentului)** in Bucharest, Romania. It is the world’s heaviest civilian administrative building and was constructed during the 1980s under the regime of Nicolae Ceaușescu as a symbol of communist power. Today, it houses the Romanian Parliament and is a major, albeit controversial, tourist landmark known for its immense scale and neoclassical architecture.

Kapamilya

“Kapamilya” is not a specific place or cultural site, but the Filipino term for “family” or “one of the family.” It is most famously associated with **ABS-CBN**, a major Philippine media and entertainment network, whose corporate slogan “In the Service of the Filipino, Worldwide” is closely tied to the “Kapamilya” brand for its channels and programs. Historically, this branding, established in the late 1990s, helped shape modern Philippine pop culture by framing its audience as part of a national media family.
