Krasnodar, March 13. Marina Epifantseva has been appointed Director of the Krasnodar Krai Investment Attraction Agency.

Previously, she held the position of Deputy Head of the Investment Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, where she oversaw the analytical direction and promotion issues.

Marina Epifantseva was born in Naberezhnye Chelny in 1980. She graduated from Kazan State Technical University, as well as the Tatar-American Regional Institute.

Concurrently, from 2019 to 2026, she taught international relations students at the TISBI University of Management. In 2025, she became the winner of the All-Russian competition “Knowledge.Lecturer” in the nomination “Economics, Business and Law”.

Marina Epifantseva has significant management experience in the field of developing and promoting investment potential. In the position of agency director, she replaced Yulia Prikhodko, who was previously appointed head of the Department of Business Development and Foreign Economic Activity of Krasnodar Krai.
