Around 11:30 a.m. on the 21st, a report of “a person floating in the sea” was made to the fire department.

According to police and fire officials, an elderly man in his 80s, who had come fishing with an acquaintance, fell into the sea for some reason.

He was rescued by the fire brigade but was transported to the hospital unconscious.

Police are investigating the details of how the fall occurred.
