Experts inspect the engines and other components and issue fitness certificates. Several such cases emerged in 2025, when trainee aircraft crashed.

A Similar Incident Occurred Previously in Prayagraj

Just two weeks ago, an army trainee aircraft crashed in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. In the crash that occurred on January 21, the rescue team safely saved both pilots. The accident site was a marshy pond surrounded by water hyacinth. Eyewitnesses to the accident reported that the people flying the aircraft jumped with parachutes before the aircraft crashed. They fell into the pond. Local residents safely pulled both of them out of the marsh.
