It said that recently, a large number of counterfeit applications highly similar to the company’s product have appeared on the market, seriously misleading users and infringing on the company’s intellectual property rights. The company reserves all rights to pursue legal action and urges relevant counterfeiters and plagiarists to immediately cease their infringing activities and rectify the situation, including changing their names, as soon as possible.
In the statement, Moonscape (Zhengzhou) Technical Service Co. stated: “At the same time, our company has received dozens of user reports. Some counterfeit products are posing as our ‘new products’ and charging an additional 8 yuan fee during download or use, while failing to deliver core services such as email/SMS notifications.”
Moonscape (Zhengzhou) Technical Service Co. reminded users to identify the developer “Moonscape”. “Currently in app stores, any related products not published by this developer are copies or counterfeits. Please carefully distinguish to avoid being deceived.”
