Ban on Takbir Processions
The Depok City Government also advises residents not to hold takbir processions and to celebrate within their communities or local places of worship. “Together with the police and military, we will continue to monitor the situation to ensure a safe takbir night,” he stated.
Additionally, residents who are traveling back to their hometowns are asked to ensure their homes are secure before departing. “Stay safe during the journey to return safely,” he concluded.
