Depok – SMA Negeri 1 Kota Depok was the only representative of Depok City in the Final Round of the ORImpiade 2025, a financial literacy competition among high schools in West Java. Out of 500 schools that participated, the team from SMAN 1 Depok secured the fourth place.
The final round was held on February 15, 2025, at SMAN 2 Bandung, resulting from a collaboration involving the Retail Government Bond Distribution Partners (ORI) series ORI027, the Directorate General of Financing and Risk Management of the Ministry of Finance, and the West Java Provincial Education Office. A total of 16 schools competed in the final round after passing through a rigorous selection process.
ORImpiade aims to enhance the financial literacy of the young generation through interactive and engaging approaches. Participants were introduced to various investment instruments such as stocks, mutual funds, bonds, and ORI027 through various activities including financial article writing, literacy videos, case studies, quizzes, and educational games.
