Kolkata: Terrifying hotel fire, 14 dead including 4 Odia
Kolkata Hotel Fire: A fire in a hotel in Kolkata resulted in the death of 4 people from Odisha. It was reported by police sources on Wednesday. The devastating fire occurred on Tuesday night in the Mechua Bazar area of central Kolkata, resulting in the deaths of at least 14 people, with many others severely burned.
Among the deceased from Odisha were Jagatsinghpur district’s Dushmant Kumar Nayak (46), Dushmant Kumar Swain (46), and Manoj Kumar Patra (45). These four individuals were employees of a home finance company in Bhubaneswar and had come to Kolkata on official work.
