Hyderabad: The launch event for the children’s novel ‘Jadugar’ by Hyderabad-based novelist, story writer, and poet Ravi Vaid was successfully held at the Pioneer Institute of Hotel Management. The event was presided over by a former professor of the Dakshin Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha. The former principal of Vivekvardhini College was the chief guest, and the keynote address was delivered by a guest from Armenia.
A detailed review of ‘Jadugar’ connected it with several episodes from the ‘Ramcharitmanas’. Several attendees shared their thoughts on the content and craftsmanship of the launched book. Two individuals recited interesting excerpts along with their commentary. The polished reader reviews and thoughtful questions from two Class 11 students of Chirek International School won everyone’s hearts.

All the speakers shared the sentiment that while reading this children’s novel, they were transported back to their own childhoods. It reminded them of the children’s books and magazines like ‘Chanda Mama’ and ‘Nandan’ they read as children. It was the consensus that the story of ‘Jadugar’ appeals to readers of all ages.
