PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), as a strategic partner of the government, has distributed 5.5 million Temporary Direct Cash Assistance (BLTS) payments to Beneficiary Families (KPM) across Indonesia.
This data was recorded. The distribution of this assistance began on November 21, 2025. “We are optimistic that the distribution process can be completed according to the government’s target on December 11, 2025,” stated the Acting President Director of Pos Indonesia.
The distribution of this BLTS is part of the social assistance program for the October, November, and December period, with a total target of approximately 18.1 million KPM. From this number, data for 11.6 million recipients has been forwarded by the Ministry of Social Affairs to Pos Indonesia for processing, while data consolidation for the next stage is still ongoing.
According to the director, the achievement in BLTS distribution is inseparable from the strength of the Pos Indonesia network, which reaches all provinces in the country. Currently, Pos Indonesia operates 42 Main Branch Offices, 168 Branch Offices, and 4,308 Sub-Branch Offices.
“With thousands of post offices spread down to the sub-district level and trained human resources stationed in remote areas, we are able to accelerate the distribution process. We ensure that assistance is received directly by the KPM. Speed, security, and accuracy are always our priorities,” the director explained.
Pos Indonesia has long been one of the government’s primary operators in various assignments, ranging from the distribution of direct cash social assistance to aid in the form of basic food supplies. This experience strengthens the company’s ability to reach beneficiaries in hard-to-access areas.
To ensure the assistance reaches the right targets, Pos Indonesia implements three disbursement schemes: payment at Post Offices, scheduled payments at community locations such as village halls or sub-district buildings, and direct delivery service to the homes of the elderly, persons with disabilities, and citizens who are ill.
For KPM who collect the assistance independently, the disbursement process is carried out with easy and secure procedures. Recipients only need to bring their original ID Card, Family Card, and Notification Letter to the designated disbursement location. Upon arrival at the location, Pos Indonesia officers conduct verification by scanning the QR code on the Notification Letter and performing facial verification using an application to ensure the recipient matches the data from the Ministry of Social Affairs.
“After identity is verified, the officer will photograph the ID card and the recipient as proof of distribution. The final stage involves signing the proof of receipt, after which the assistance is handed over directly to the KPM,” the director said.
To maintain order, Pos Indonesia also implements a queuing system at every service point. This entire process is designed so that the BLTS distribution is transparent, orderly, and on-target, while also providing convenience for people across all regions of Indonesia.
