The largest Tiffany flagship store in Asia, “Tiffany Ginza,” will open on the 11th. The new building was developed by a long-established real estate company that owns the land. Behind this multi-billion-yen project lies both the fortunate expansion of the land and innovative financing methods involving a trust bank.

A 13-story blue glass-clad building now stands along Chuo-dori, the main street cutting through Tokyo’s Ginza district. Positioned opposite the commercial complex “GINZA SIX,” it faces three major streets, becoming a new landmark.

The Tiffany Ginza store occupies floors B1 through 4, showcasing jewelry and tableware, with ceiling decorations incorporating traditional Japanese washi paper.

Tiffany Ginza

Tiffany Ginza is a flagship store of the renowned jewelry brand Tiffany & Co., located in the upscale Ginza district of Tokyo. Opened in 2019, the building features a striking modern design with a facade inspired by Tiffany’s iconic blue box and houses multiple floors dedicated to jewelry, accessories, and a café. The store blends Tiffany’s American heritage with Japanese craftsmanship, offering exclusive collections and a unique luxury shopping experience in one of Tokyo’s most fashionable neighborhoods.

Chuo-dori

Chuo-dori is a bustling main street in Tokyo’s Ginza district, known for its luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment. Historically, it was developed in the early 20th century after the area was rebuilt following a major fire in 1872, becoming a symbol of modernization and Western influence in Japan. Today, it remains a vibrant cultural and commercial hub, often closed to traffic on weekends for pedestrian-friendly events.

GINZA SIX

GINZA SIX is a luxury shopping complex located in Tokyo’s upscale Ginza district, opened in 2017 on the site of the former Matsuzakaya department store. Combining modern architecture with traditional Japanese aesthetics, it houses high-end boutiques, art installations, and a rooftop garden. The project revitalized a historic commercial area while preserving elements of Ginza’s cultural heritage.
