To accelerate the construction of a strong intellectual property city and continuously enhance the important role of intellectual property in stimulating innovation, expanding openness, and promoting development, awards are being given to recognize enterprises, institutions, and outstanding patent projects in the city that have achieved remarkable results in the creation, protection, and application of intellectual property. Based on relevant regulations, the municipal government organized the selection process for the Fifth Shanghai Intellectual Property Innovation Awards. Through a rigorous selection procedure, 9 units and 45 patents have been identified as the proposed award recipients for the Shanghai Intellectual Property Award (Creation, Protection, Application) and the Shanghai Intellectual Property Innovation Award (First, Second, and Third Prize Patents).

To fully promote democracy, solicit broad opinions, and accept public supervision, the proposed award recipients are now being publicized. The publicity period starts from October 9, 2025, and ends on October 14. If you have any objections to the proposed award recipients, please provide feedback via phone, email, or fax during the publicity period. Materials submitted on behalf of an organization must bear the organization’s official seal, while individuals should provide their real name and contact information.
