Riyadh region police have arrested a citizen who stole a vehicle while it was running and drove it against the direction of traffic, endangering the lives of others.
Public Security stated that the suspect was stopped, the legal procedures were taken against him, and he was referred to the Public Prosecution. It was added that the individual who recorded and published visual content of the incident is being arrested for violating the Anti-Cyber Crime Law.
