A notable deal recorded by the Real Estate Exchange today involved the sale of a 1,600 m² land plot in Al Qirwan district, Riyadh, at a price of 47,567.57 SAR per square meter, with a total value exceeding 35 million SAR.

The land plot is situated on the commercial strip along Al Olaya Road, one of the main arteries in northern Riyadh, located north of King Salman Road.

According to the Real Estate Exchange, 161 real estate transactions were executed in Al Qirwan district over the past year, covering an area of 109,000 m² with a total value estimated at 1.474 billion SAR and an average price exceeding 13,000 SAR per square meter.

Al Qirwan is one of the northern districts of Riyadh, located between Anas bin Malik Road to the south and Al Amariyah to the north, with Salboukh Road to the west. The district stands out as one of the most prominent in the northern part of the capital, known for its unique and attractive residential locations and abundant services.
