The electronic platform at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah achieved advanced operational figures during the Hajj season of 1447 AH, as part of the preparatory work to serve the guests of the Most Merciful. This included over 250 services provided through the platform, in cooperation with relevant authorities, and more than 30 indicators and reports, in addition to integration and connectivity with a large number of Hajj companies, contributing to improving the efficiency of organizing services related to the journey of the guests of the Most Merciful.

The electronic platform contributes to unifying service data before the pilgrims arrive at the service locations, enabling the entities working in the system to read the needs of the pilgrims early, linking them with housing, transportation, and catering services, and reducing discrepancies in procedures between entities and Hajj companies. The electronic platform operates as a unified digital platform for managing services, linking them with pre-preparedness data, helping to read and distribute pilgrim flows before their arrival, enhancing smoother movement upon arrival, and facilitating the procedures of the journey of the guests of the Most Merciful.
