
The Social Insurance has begun recruiting graduates by offering training opportunities in various fields in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund, as part of the on-the-job training program “Tamheer.”
The Social Insurance confirmed the general requirements for joining the “Tamheer” program as follows:
- The applicant must be a Saudi national.
- Prior registration on the Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) website.
- Possession of a diploma from an accredited institution, whether technical, health-related, or administrative, provided the study duration is at least one year (two semesters).
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from a locally or internationally accredited university (with certificate equivalency from the Ministry of Education for foreign universities).
- The applicant must not currently be employed in either sector.
- The applicant’s age must not exceed 30 years.
- The applicant must not be on Hadaf’s exclusion list.
- The applicant must not have previously fully benefited from the “Tamheer” program, meaning no more than two opportunities totaling 6 months.
- The applicant must not have been excluded from the previous graduate development program.

Additionally, the Social Insurance allows pension account bank details to be modified in 4 simple steps via the GOSI app.
The steps for modifying bank account details include:
- Log in via the GOSI app
- Select the “Bank Account Management” service
- Enter the new bank account details
- Submit the request.
