Today, Thursday, marks the end of the registration period for the school transportation service for the upcoming academic year 1447H, as announced by the relevant authorities. They confirmed that available seats are limited and that all applications will be reviewed based on eligibility and priority criteria.
The Ministry of Education had opened registration for the service on April 15 through the “Noor” system, with a registration fee of 200 riyals for the full academic year. The fee will be automatically refunded if the application is rejected or the service cannot be provided, but it will not be refunded if the application is approved and the service is rendered.
Exempted Categories
Students with disabilities, as well as children of families benefiting from social security programs, are exempt from these fees to support those in need and ensure their inclusion in transportation services.
This service is part of the Ministry’s efforts to provide safe and organized transportation for students, contributing to the regularity of the educational process and aligning with plans to develop educational and logistical services within the Kingdom’s education system.
