TASI
TASI, or the Tayma Archaeological Site and Inscriptions, is a significant cultural heritage location in northwestern Saudi Arabia, known for its ancient history dating back to the Bronze Age. It features a wealth of rock art, inscriptions, and archaeological remains that reveal connections to major trade routes and civilizations, such as the Assyrians and Babylonians. The site also includes the famous Tayma oasis, which was a key stop on the incense trade route and is referenced in cuneiform texts from the 8th century BCE.
