Since the beginning of 2025, the city has allocated 11 land plots in the South-Eastern Administrative District for the construction of residential buildings under the renovation program and related infrastructure. This was reported on the official website of the mayor.

“The implementation of the renovation program not only improves the housing conditions of residents but also contributes to the development of the urban environment. For the design and subsequent construction of new residential complexes intended for the relocation of citizens, the City Property Department allocates land plots to the Moscow Renovation Fund. The sites are also used to create the necessary infrastructure, including utility networks and access roads. Since the beginning of 2025, the department has allocated 11 plots in the southeast of Moscow with a total area of 5.5 hectares,” the statement reads.

For example, on a plot of more than 0.5 hectares on Shepelyuginskaya Street in the Lefortovo district, a two-section residential building with an underground parking lot with an area of about 20,000 square meters is being built. Land for the construction of residential complexes and related infrastructure was also allocated in Lyublino, Kuzminki, and Vykhino-Zhulebino.

The ground floors of the new buildings will be non-residential; they will house social and commercial facilities, providing residents with convenient access to necessary services. Comprehensive landscaping will be carried out on the adjacent territory – modern children’s and sports grounds, as well as comfortable recreation areas, will appear there.
