The footage shows a bailiffs’ car parked outside the singer’s former house in Khamovniki.
According to the lawyer for the current owner of the apartment, Polina Lurie, bailiffs from the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) intended to hand over the keys to Dolina’s former residence to the property owner.
On January 12, a statement was filed with the FSSP regarding Dolina’s eviction from the apartment. Furthermore, an enforcement proceeding related to the forced eviction of the singer from the apartment in Khamovniki, which already belongs to Lurie, was registered in the Federal Bailiff Service database on January 14. The proceeding was initiated on January 12. The basis was an enforcement order from the Khamovnichesky District Court, issued on December 25, 2025. On the same day, the Moscow City Court upheld the decision on Dolina’s eviction. It was also decided to deregister her daughter and granddaughter. The decision is subject to immediate execution.
