In Krasnodar, Rosgvardia officers detained a 35-year-old local resident who was posting flyers advertising a website selling illegal substances.
The incident occurred on Selezneva Street, where a patrol noticed the man placing advertisements on fences and poles in a residential area. He was recording his actions on a mobile phone. Upon seeing the officers, the man attempted to flee but began harassing passersby and using obscene language.
The detainee was handed over to police for further investigation. Authorities confirmed that he had a prior conviction for drug trafficking.
