Temporary restrictions on the arrival and departure of aircraft were introduced at Gelendzhik’s air harbor on Sunday at 13:40.

This was reported by the press service of the Federal Air Transport Agency.

“The restrictions are necessary to ensure flight safety,” the agency clarified.

According to the airport’s online board, there are currently no delayed flights.

Air raid sirens have been activated in Gelendzhik. Air defense systems are operational in the resort city.

Residents are advised to take shelter inside buildings. Basements, ground floors, or windowless rooms are most suitable for this purpose. Using a car as a shelter is not allowed, as it does not provide necessary protection. In case of an emergency, call the emergency services number — 112.

In the Krasnodar Krai, a drone attack threat was declared. The threat is also in effect in Novorossiysk. It is recommended to remain in shelter until the “All Clear” signal is given.

If fragments of drones are found, call 112. It is prohibited to photograph or film UAVs. It is also forbidden to disseminate information about the use of drones, crash sites, or the consequences of drone attacks.
