This Kuban road-construction enterprise specializing in engineering structures has reportedly optimized the production of railing barriers under the federal project Labour Productivity.
“When a company demonstrates such a significant increase in efficiency in a short period of time, it deserves special attention. The economic effect of around 8.4 million roubles reflects not only financial results but also qualitative changes: higher order volumes, reduced downtime and greater customer satisfaction,” said the Minister of Economy.
With the support of experts from the Regional Competence Centre, the company’s output grew by 39%, opening doors to new clients. Production became faster, with lead times reduced by 22.6%
