A local resident, whose garden borders one of the preschools in the Central District, reported hearing children’s screams and crying on August 11.
She recorded , in which a child can be heard loudly calling for their grandmother, and stated that the screams from the kindergarten continued for an hour. The woman called the police.
“Our garden borders the kindergarten. Kostyleva, Sadovaya, Damba. Maybe the mother, father, or grandmother the child is calling for will see this video,” the woman wrote on Telegram.
An inspector from the juvenile affairs department was sent to the kindergarten to verify the information mentioned in the post, according to the press service of the Krasnodar police.
Also in Krasnodar, a former kindergarten teacher accused of abusing children is facing charges. The 35-year-old woman is accused of child abuse and neglect of her duties as a caregiver. It was found that from December 2024 to March 2025, she repeatedly used physical force against the children.
