The Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory ruled in favor of Rosimushchestvo’s claim against JSC “Alexandria”.
One of the oldest sewing factories in Krasnodar was stripped of its ownership rights over a 918.6 sq. m civil defense shelter located at 64 Akademika Pavlova Street. The facility has been transferred to the state.
The court ruled that the company had no ownership rights over this property.
According to the court’s decision, the ownership record of JSC “Alexandria” dated April 22, 2021, must be removed from the Unified State Register of Real Estate. Ownership of the protective structure has been recognized as belonging to the Russian Federation.
Representatives of JSC “Alexandria” stated that “the legal process of transferring the bomb shelter to the city administration is underway in accordance with current legislation.”
